Do you provide alcohol?
No, we do not provide any alcohol. Our mobile venues are a BYOB experience to comply with state liquor laws, meaning all alcohol must be purchased & provided by the host of the event. By doing so, the venue is an extension of your home in the eyes of the law.
How long is the rental period?
Typically, our rentals will be overnight for the duration of your event. We will work together when booking to set a time for drop off & pick up.
How many people can fit inside the bar?
Our venues fit ~15-20 people.
Do the Tavern To Go venues have power?
Yes. We will hook up power through an extension cord plugged into an existing power source at your location (house, office, etc.).
What is included in the rental?
2 beer taps (beer gas included), beverage refrigeration, electricity & lighting, smart TV, heat & air conditioning, indoor lounge seating, and bar seating.
Do you provide glassware/barware?
We do not provide any glassware or barware. For large crowds, we recommend using plastic cups for convenient disposal.
Does the rental come with a bartender?
We do not provide a bar tender. Typically our renters serve themselves, but we can help recommend a bartending service to help enhance your event.
How much beer should I order if I want to purchase kegs?
If you’re planning on using our tap lines & want to order kegs, we will discuss during our pre-event call to get an estimate of how much beer to buy, consider these keg sizes in the meantime:
1/2 barrel (full keg) can serve about 124 pints/165 12oz cans
1/4 barrel (pony keg) can serve 62 pints/83 12oz cans
1/6 barrel (sixtel) can serve 41 pints/55 12oz cans.
